Exchange Policy
Damaged Item Window:
- Damaged Items must be brought to the attention of the seller within 30 days of the receipt date.
Personalized Items:
- Items that are personalized cannot be returned unless proof of damage has been provided
Exchange Process:
- Contact us at tracey@traceyjerald.com or amy@traceyjerald.com to initiate a exchange and obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) email.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
