Damaged Item Window:

• Damaged Items must be brought to the attention of the seller within 30 days of the receipt date. 

Personalized Items:

• Items that are personalized cannot be returned unless proof of damage has been provided

Exchange Process:

1. Contact us at tracey@traceyjerald.com or amy@traceyjerald.com to initiate a exchange and obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) email.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 
3. Include your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exchange Shipping:

Based on the reason for the exchange, customers may be responsible for  shipping costs. 

Exchanges:

• As merchandise is personalized, after we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange. 
• Exchanges will be for the same item or a different item of equal value. 

Exceptions:

• Final sale items cannot be returned,
